Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Support Co-ordinator to work with a great company based in Waterlooville.
You’ll need excellent organisation and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
1. Complete quotes and follow up
2. Offer support to engineers, suppliers and customers
3. Purchasing parts required for repair works and organising transport.
4. Approve job cards and complete invoicing.
5. Work with the Sales team to grow customer revenue.
Personal Requirements:
6. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively on own whilst also being a team player
7. Strong English & Maths skills
8. Skilled in IT systems
9. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Hours: Monday to Friday 0730- 1630
Salary: circa £28,000
