What the Job Involves You will be actively working within the Families First Model to provide comprehensive social work services to families in need. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement family support plans, and facilitate interventions to support the well-being and development of children and families. Your role will also involve liaising with community resources, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and advocating for necessary services or benefits for families. In addition, you will maintain thorough documentation and reports related to the cases you handle.
