This is a newly created role, supporting both business as usual hiring and seasonal peak campaigns, including Christmas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys ownership, variety and building something from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in growing the Royal Mail brand nationally and ensuring we have a strong, engaged pipeline of candidates ready to work.
