We are recruiting for a senior practitioner who is looking for real prospects of career progression to join one of the largest specialist Housing Litigation teams outside of London. You will be supported by a Partner with over 30 years' experience in this field. We advise a broad category of residential clients, including those in the private, public and third sectors. The clients we represent include some of the largest UK residential landlords with nationwide long leasehold and tenanted portfolios. Other clients include property consultancy firms, managing agents, property developers, retail lenders and fixed charge receivers. We also work collaboratively on transactional matters with colleagues in our Real Estate, Sports Law, Corporate and Financial Departments. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Senior Associate or Director to join a team with an excellent reputation in the regional and national markets and to be at the forefront of its future growth. What we are looking for: An experienced solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE in this specialism Experience in dealing with a broad range of contentious and non-contentious residential landlord and tenant law matters. Preferably have a client following and joining us with a brief to build on the existing client base and grow the practice.
