Overview
We are currently supporting a well established, multi‑site food manufacturer who are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team. The role follows a 4‑on/4‑off days shift pattern.
Responsibilities
* Run a factory with efficient processes and stable teams, covering about 100 head‑count.
* Oversee Operations and work closely with Engineering and Technical Management.
* Deliver site objectives, improve business performance and provide leadership to maximize site potential.
Qualifications
* Experience as an Operations/Factory Manager or Senior Production Manager/Manufacturing Manager.
* Background in fast‑paced, chilled food manufacturing, with people management experience of 80–100 reports.
* Strong communication skills at both site and group levels.
* Looking for a step‑up into a leadership position.
