That someone is our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and build real confidence in the world of tech sales. You dont need sales experience -just motivation, energy, and willingness to pick up the phone. Well teach you everything else.

The SDR team is the first point of contact for many new customers, and the work you do directly shapes IRIS success. Youll introduce businesses to software that solves real problems, saves time, and reduces stress -and your conversations help them understand how IRIS can support their goals.
This role is very much about speaking to people. A large part of your day will be spent making outbound calls, starting conversations, and building confidence with every dial. The more calls you make, the more opportunities youll create -and the quicker youll develop your skills. Your effort really does translate into results, and youll never be doing it alone. Our dedicated Sales Training team works alongside you every single day, offering coaching, feedback, and support to help you improve call by call.
Many of our top Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sales Directors started their career right here as SDRs -proving how far this role can take you.
About the Team You'll Join
Youll be part of our Sales Development department -a friendly, ambitious group who all support each other. Youll work closely with:
Account Executives, who rely on the meetings you book
Marketing, who provide warm leads and campaigns
Sales Trainers, who coach you daily
Sales Leadership, who support your development
Its a collaborative environment where everyone genuinely wants you to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role where youll build strong communication skills from day one.
You will:
Make outbound phone calls to start conversations with potential customers
Use email and LinkedIn to support your outreach and follow up
Listen carefully to uncover challenges and identify where IRIS can help
Qualify interest and book meetings for our Account Executives
Learn about our products so you can speak confidently about the problems they solve
Keep your CRM notes tidy, accurate, and organised
Work towards weekly goals focused on conversations, meetings, and pipeline
Every day youll develop, grow, and become more confident -with a training team supporting you every step of the way.
