You could join our supportive and forward-thinking Council whether you are a recent graduate and as well as working, would like to train to be a planner or you have a planning degree and starting your career or you are an experienced professional. You will be able to work on a wide range of projects, from housing and regeneration to conservation, coastal planning and major developments, helping us balance growth with the preservation of our unique heritage. Our Borough offers a wide range of planning issues in which you will become involved and contribute to your continuing professional development.
As Planner (starting salary £38268 to £46269) you will hold a degree in Town Planning with at least two years relevant experience, eligible for full Membership of the RTPI, and looking to take on more complex casework and appeals.
