Impressive range of high-value, technical regulatory work You will advise and represent clients across a broad range of regulatory matters, including: Health & Safety Executive (HSE) investigations and prosecutions Environmental and regulatory enforcement actions Corporate manslaughter and serious incident cases Your responsibilities will include: Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution Advising clients on complex and sensitive investigations Supporting on high-value and high-profile matters Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers Bright, astute and commercially aware applicants Applications are invited from Solicitors with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE and experience in regulatory, motor crime or general criminal defence work.
