Overview
Implementation Consultant – French Speaking. Momentus provides event and venue management software to customers in over 50 countries. The role involves designing, deploying, personalizing, and supporting client onboardings, with exposure to a range of services and technologies.
Responsibilities
* Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.
* Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.
* Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery while supporting clients through the implementation process.
* Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end user training.
* Perform basic project management tasks including onsite agendas, task follow-up, and escalation of issues to keep the project within scope and timeline.
* Drive integration requirements and analysis workshops; write detailed specifications for the development team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Fluent in English and French. Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
* Basic understanding of financial/accounting concepts is a must
* Experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience acting as a billable resource with a utilization target
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong command of English
* Ability and availability for travel (10-20%) to client sites for face-to-face meetings, as requested by the client
