This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of pricing and underwriting systems for a leading insurer at a pivotal point of transformation. You’ll sit at the centre of pricing, underwriting, data and digital change — shaping how complex rating models are deployed, governed and controlled across Radar and legacy platforms.
The role offers genuine influence, senior stakeholder exposure, and the chance to lead a specialist team responsible for ensuring pricing is delivered accurately, efficiently and at scale.
What you’ll do
* Lead the delivery of pricing changes across Radar and legacy systems.
* Define and implement testing strategies to ensure pricing works as intended.
* Represent pricing on transformation programmes, ensuring system requirements are embedded.
* Manage and develop a small pricing data and systems team, aligning priorities and coaching specialists.
* Own pricing EUC strategy and data governance, ensuring accuracy and security.
What we’re looking for
* Strong PMI pricing and underwriting experience, including Radar or equivalent.
* Proven system deployment and testing expertise.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Delivery-focused, collaborative leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
Take ownership of the engine room of pricing and lead the systems that underpin business-critical decisions.
