Key responsibilities:
* Manage the front of house daily workload while providing the highest standards of customer service while vehicles are with us for servicing and repairs.
* Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with work carried out and advising of future service or repair priorities.
* Ensure daily operating processes are robustly followed to include invoicing, debtor control and adhering to dealership and manufacture requirements.
* Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
* Drive a winning performance on all key metrics through a team.
