We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre‑School Teacher to join our friendly and supportive clients nursery team. This role is perfect for someone who loves inspiring children aged 3–5 and delivering high‑quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS.
The Role
You will lead learning for a group of pre‑school children, plan engaging activities, and support school readiness in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, curriculum‑linked activities
* Support school readiness and early learning goals
* Observe, assess and track children's progress
* Act as a Key Person and build strong parent partnerships
* Maintain accurate learning journals and assessment records
* Ensure safeguarding, welfare and EYFS standards are met
* Work collaboratively as part of a positive, supportive team
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and pre‑school curriculum
* Experience working with 3–5‑year‑olds (nursery or pre‑school)
* Confident in planning, observations and assessments
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
