The Role
As the school's Business Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Trust colleagues to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school by managing various operational functions, including HR, facilities, and administration.
You will be expected to:
* Have prior experience in an Operations Management role.
* Possess team management experience.
* Be competent in HR and Business Administration.
* Be hardworking, resilient, and flexible.
