The salary for this Social Worker job is up to £35,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
* As a Social Worker, you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future.
* You will report to the Safeguarding Lead, manage internal investigations, and liaise with home authorities for service users during their admission and discharging process, while enjoying access to a range of training opportunities that can help your career grow and achieve your aspirations.
Requirements:
* A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
* Understanding of relevant legislation.
* Registered or eligible for registration.
* 2 years post-qualifying experience.
