The Role of Night Shift Production Manager:
As Night Shift Production Manager, you will lead and empower our night production team, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing output. You’ll be accountable for performance, planning and continuous improvement across CNC and non-CNC processes.
Key Responsibilities for the Night Shift Production Manager:
* Lead night shift production to meet delivery and quality targets
* Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and operators
* Oversee production schedules, performance metrics and efficiency improvements
* Apply systematic problem solving (OEE, IRN, root cause analysis)
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
* Champion continuous improvement with ideas, tools and team ownership

* Proven experience managing production teams in a precision/manufacturing environment (CNC machining)
* Strong leadership skills with performance management experience
