St. Pierre's Old Course is one of the best parkland layouts in the country and a recognized tournament host, having welcomed top LPGA professionals for the Solheim Cup in 1996. The course has matured into a genuine challenge for even the best golfers, with memorable holes, especially the 17th green surrounded by water hazards and the final elevated green.
Our Mathern Course, although shorter, is an enjoyable parkland layout with mature trees providing obstacles. Opened in 1975, it continues to delight visitors with excellent golf and beautiful views of Monmouthshire countryside.

What you’ll do
* Prepare the golf course for daily play to high standards
* Spraying and disease control
* Construction, aeration, drainage, and turfing works
* Operate various golf course machinery
* Undertake training on machinery and practices
* Follow health and safety regulations
What we’re looking for
* A team-first attitude
* Attention to detail
* Early riser with early starts
* Minimum 1 year greenkeeping experience, NVQ L2 Sports Turf
* Ability to work independently
* Full clean UK driving license
* Mechanical experience (advantageous but not essential)
* PA 1,2 & 6 spraying certificates (advantageous but not essential)
Work hours are 40 per week over 5 days, including weekends. Flexibility can be discussed.
