Are you a master of the fine print? We're on the lookout for a sharp, solutions-focused Contracts Specialist to join our team. You'll be the go-to expert for all things contracts - drafting, negotiating, and managing agreements that keep our operations running smoothly and securely. What You'll Be Doing: Draft & Negotiate: Create and review contracts across a variety of areas - SLAs, DPAs, licensing terms and variation letters. Risk Management: Spot potential pitfalls before they become problems and ensure every contract aligns with legal standards and company policies. Collaborate: Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to make sure contracts support our strategic goals. Organise & Track: Maintain a central contract repository and monitor key dates, renewals, and obligations. Advise & Educate: Provide guidance to internal teams on contract terms and best practices, making the complex feel simple. What You'll Bring: A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (legal qualifications are a bonus!)
