As an Engineer at Lear, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver world-class products and processes. Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of process analysis and improvement to ensure top-tier quality standards. Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement corrective actions that make a measurable difference. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new project introductions and optimize production efficiency. Communicate insights and solutions to management, influencing strategic decisions. Champion compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Perform and monitor SPC activities for current production and new project launches. Conduct and maintain MSA studies, ensuring measurement systems are accurate, reliable, and compliant with IATF16949 standards. Analyze SPC/MSA results, lead root cause investigations, and validate corrective actions. Document and report SPC/MSA findings to management, driving continuous improvement. Key Skills And Qualifications Strong communication and collaboration skills. Solid analytical mindset with 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, APQP ,SPCand MSA. Knowledge of IATF standards and problem-solving methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
