Job Description
3. Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
4. Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
5. Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
6. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the conveyancing team.
The Successful Applicant
8. A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
9. Proficient in managing a diverse caseload independently.
10. Well-versed in current property laws and regulations.
11. An excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills.
12. Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational abilities.
