As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing builds in production and prototype development. Your expertise will ensure product quality, troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues and drive process improvements and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee builds in production and prototype development, ensuring adherence to quality standards
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues, providing timely and effective solutions
* Write build manuals and technical documentation to support production processes
* Manage supply chain requirements, ensuring timely availability of materials and components
* Drive process improvements and efficiency gains through continuous analysis and optimisation
* Provide customer-facing technical expertise

* Strong background in mechanical & electronic engineering
* Practical, hands-on build and troubleshooting experience
* Ability to work independently with minimal training
* Flexibility, adaptability, and reactiveness to business needs
* Excellent communication skills to give and take direction and represent the business with customers
