Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Stratford, Newham
Daily Rate: £90-£105 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long Term
Working Hours:
SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
* Support a variety of SEN children, delivering both 1:1 and small group support
* Flexibility on working across all Key Stages (KS1/KS2)
* Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.
* Engagement with students, through promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
* Similar working experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
* Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
