In this role, you will be the first point of support for our marketing platform users, ensuring smooth system functionality and promoting best practice adoption. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business to identify improvements, streamline processes, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness through data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line support for marketing platform users, including training, issue resolution, and service requests. Proactively drive user adoption and build awareness of system functionality. Gather, document, and communicate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure system health and data quality through regular cleansing routines and data management. Support integration with business systems and assist in building data visualisations to generate insights. Experience, Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing platforms, with knowledge of marketing automation concepts. Strong ability to work with and interpret diverse data sets to provide actionable insights. Familiarity with data processes (ETL) and foundational knowledge of systems architecture/HTML. Strong communication and collaboration skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
