Main Duties:
Planned and reactive maintenance and repair work
Straightforward plumbing repair, door repair, fitting locks and handles, basic carpentry repair
Other general maintenance and repair work
Overseeing maintenance subcontractors and issuing permits to work
Carrying out some administration work
Scheduling in repair and maintenance work to be carried ourEssential Applicant Requirements:
Very good experience in planned and reactive repair and maintenance
Some supervisory or team leader experience
Confident in using a computer
Very good customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Able to schedule maintenance and repair work
All applicants must live in London UK
