The Team
Cundall's data centre sector focused team pride ourselves on our exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable built environment solutions within the UK and across Europe.
We are looking for a degree level undergraduate student to spend twelve weeks (minimum) within this team to deliver a broad range of none engineering focused support. The candidate will provide a supporting role with activities in project support, office administration, interface between Partners and the legal team, design management, managing A-List clients and contacts, generally supporting our Data Centre team and the business across a few workstreams.
We are looking for applicants to join our Birmingham Data Centre team in Birmingham in 2026. Whilst the start date can be flexible, those with the ability for an early start would be welcomed.
The Role
You will support the Data Centre team with design management administration, marketing collateral and contact database, supporting our project delivery administration, managing trackers, schedules, zero carbon pathways and BREEAM. You may be able to support broader activities depending on background ie marketing, commercial, legal or other built environment activities. This will require you to quickly establish a close understanding of the project and business priorities and available resources, and to have the ability to take on a broad range of team needs.
