Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting day-to-day administrative tasks in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members Data entry and general office administration Managing emails and correspondence Filing and maintaining accurate job records Assisting with preparing and sending invoices Closing completed jobs: checking engineer notes, logging time on site, identifying job status, and ensuring the correct information is captured for invoicing Liaising with engineers to clarify job details or missing information Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using computers and office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with job management systems (such as Vision) is desirable but not essential – training will be provided Desirable: Experience working in an office setting Knowledge of job tracking, closures, or invoicing processes Why Work With Us?
