Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (Driving Required)

Job Summary:
* Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in home care settings.
* Follow and support individualised care plans for each resident.
* Maintain accurate records using IT systems.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with personal care, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
* Support and implement individualised care plans.
* Maintain accurate documentation and update records via IT systems.
* Encourage resident participation in social activities and promote overall well-being.
* Drive residents to appointments or outings if required (with a valid licence).
Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous care home or home care experience is beneficial; training provided.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Proficient IT skills for record-keeping and care plan updates.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals.
