Full-time, Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025

Hybrid: Minimum of 2 days in the office per week
Are you passionate about unlocking potential and shaping the future workforce? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Advisor to support key talent acquisition and career planning projects, including designing, launching, and championing early careers programmes such as graduates, apprenticeships, and career development pathways.
You will play a key role in building and embedding structured development programmes that support early-career talent and beyond. Collaborating across teams, you will drive initiatives that foster inclusive, engaging, and sustainable career journeys.
What will the role involve?
Talent Acquisition & Early Careers:
* Design and deliver graduate and apprenticeship schemes from concept to evaluation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand future talent needs and align our early careers offerings.
* Build onboarding, learning journeys, and rotational frameworks for early-career hires.
* Support live recruitment campaigns as needed.
Career Planning & Development:
* Develop and implement career frameworks and progression pathways.
* Partner with teams to embed development into onboarding, performance, and engagement processes.
* Advise employees and managers on growth opportunities and career planning.
* Coordinate communications and engagement initiatives to promote awareness and participation.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
* 3–5 years’ HR experience focusing on talent, learning, or early careers.
* Proven experience delivering HR projects and development programmes.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask confidently.
* Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong Excel and HR systems skills (e.g., ADP, Workday).
* A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed.
