Senior Construction Solicitor - Legal 500 Firm - London

We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London that is looking to appoint a Senior Construction Solicitor to join its well-established and growing construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer seeking high-quality work, clear progression, and flexibility.

The Role\nYou will play a key role within the construction practice, advising on a broad range of contentious and/or non-contentious matters, including:
\n\n
\n\t
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, consultant appointments, and collateral warranties
\n\t
* Advising developers, contractors, funders, and professional consultants on complex construction issues
\n\t
* Managing disputes, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation where required
\n\t
* Supporting major development and infrastructure projects from inception through to completion
\n\t
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
\n\t
* Contributing to business development and client relationship management
\n\n\n

About You
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in construction law
\n\t
* Strong technical expertise in contentious, non-contentious, or mixed construction matters
\n\t
* Confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision
\n\t
* Experience supervising junior lawyers or contributing to team development
\n\t
* Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
\n\n\n
