Job Description
* Support the finance department in day-to-day operations
* Process invoices and manage accounts payable
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports
* Conduct reconciliation of bank statements
* Maintain financial files and records
* Participate in financial audits
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
* Support the month-end and year-end close process
The Successful Applicant
A successful purchase ledger clerk should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
* Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
* Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
