At Crowne Plaza Newcastle, we’re proud to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our vibrant city-centre hotel. Our breakfast service is one of the busiest in the region, welcoming up to 350 guests daily. We’re now looking for a passionate Breakfast Supervisor to join our established, quality-focused team.

A day in the life of…
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of our high-volume breakfast operation. You will lead the team during service, ensuring excellent food quality, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise, support and motivate the breakfast team, ensuring high standards of service are consistently delivered.
* Oversee daily breakfast service for up to 350 guests, ensuring quality, presentation, and replenishment of all food and beverage items.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
* Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to team members.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and effective communication.
* Handle guest queries and feedback promptly and professionally.
* Assist with lunch and afternoon tea service preparation when required.
* Maintain accurate records relating to H&S checks, cleaning schedules, and allergen control.
What do we need from you?
* Previous supervisory or senior team member experience within hospitality, ideally in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
* Confident leading a team in a high-volume service environment.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Strong focus on standards, detail, and guest satisfaction.
* A proactive and positive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
