Job Title: Care Home Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our care home. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and high-quality care.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain excellent care standards.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and service delivery within the home.
Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met.
Develop and support marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy levels.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Skills & Attributes:
Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
Strong knowledge of care sector regulations and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to support business performance.
Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.Qualifications:
Nursing qualification and professional registration preferred but not essential
