Job Description:
A school in Altrincham is seeking an experienced SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) teaching assistant to join on a permanent basis to provide 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil. Only candidates with relevant experience or qualifications will be considered.
Responsibilities:
1. Encourage learning and development.
2. Manage behaviour problems professionally and accordingly.
3. Liaise with staff and parents on any issues.
4. Support the teacher in the running of lessons.

Eligibility Criteria:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK.
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
* Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years.
