The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to supervise and work alongside a small team on Trial Holes and general Groundworks at Stansted Airport. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Requirements:
* SSSTS or SMSTS certified
* Proven experience supervising small teams in groundworks or civil construction
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills
