Hays has partnered with one of our well-known, reputable clients that is looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual with a can‑do attitude to join their People & Culture team in a newly created Recruitment Officer role. This is an exciting chance to shape the future of recruitment in-house, supporting a review of our processes and systems, embedding best practice, and building a strong talent pipeline.
Your new role
1. Manage recruitment administration from offer letters to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate journey
2. Overseepliance checks including right to work, DBS, and payroll documentation
3. Partner with hiring managers to review roles, provide updates, and support decision‑making with KPI data.
4. Head‑hunt for key roles and develop talent pipelines to meet future business needs
5. Screen applicants, conduct introductory calls, and ensure new starters feel weed and engaged.
6. Build NPH’s employer brand through career fairs and external partnerships
7. Support apprenticeship recruitment and agency relationship management
8. Coach managers on recruitment processes, interviewing, and system use
9. Contribute to wider People & Culture projects, embedding positive change across the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
10. A motivated, proactive recruiter / payroll / hr professional with strong organisational skills
11. A confidentmunicator able to build relationships with candidates, managers, and external stakeholders.
12. Experience in recruitment administration andpliance processes
13. Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
14. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is keen to make a difference
