As a UK Analytics & Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with the UK Country Head and TRM Lead to support the execution of the UK commercial strategy and enable data‑driven decisions. The role is highly visible, combining commercial analytics, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
* Support the execution of TRM strategy, including pricing, portfolio optimisation, and channel mix.
* Contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
* Maintain and optimise key commercial datasets and tools (e.g., pricing files, trade spend, forecasts).
* Generate insights and analysis to support commercial performance and decision‑making.
* Manage operational processes including purchase orders, invoicing, and supplier coordination.
* Coordinate internal activities, including team events, communications, and stakeholder materials.
* Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and adoption of new tools.
Key requirements
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query; VBA/Macros a plus).
* Strong analytical experience within commercial, financial, or operational environments.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
* Proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to challenge and improve existing processes.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed, and cross‑functional environment.
* Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across teams (sales, finance, supply, marketing).
