Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Temporary initially 6 months, with a view to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Rate: £14 - £15 per hour dependent on experience
Are you an excellent communicator with a track record of providing resident engagement during all stages of social housing projects?
Are you able to converse with customers from a range of backgrounds and are able to deal with complaints with a professional manner?
We are working with a leading contractor who work on behalf of housing providers across the country to deliver planned improvement works. They are looking for a resident liaison officer to service a contract for a local client in Sheffield.
As a resident liaison officer, you will;
Be the first point of contact for residents during scheduled works
Make sure that residents are informed and happy with all updates
Respond to complaints and issues that arise
Keep detailed reports of resident feedback
Attend site visits with the site manager and conduct progress surveys when requiredAs a resident liaison officer, is it required that you;
Have excellent face to face and telephone communication skills
Have experience within social housing, and ideally construction/repairs teams
Have a full clean driving licence
