Overview
A HR Business Partner is wanted on a permanent basis by a global Engineering client who is at the forefront of their industry and going through a real period of growth. The successful candidate will drive strategic change and deliver high-quality operational support, focusing on strengthening employee relations, leading change initiatives, and improving HR processes to support business goals.
Location: East Sussex (on-site)
Base pay range
£40,000 – £45,000 plus bonus and benefits
Responsibilities
* Provide HR Generalist support with operational duties including recruitment and grievances, acting as a business partner to on-site managers.
* Partner with managers to identify organisational improvements and develop robust people plans to strengthen the company.
* Align people practices with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment.
Key qualifications and skills
* Proven experience in HR Business Partner roles with demonstrated ability to manage workload autonomously.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred.
* Experience in handling complex employee relations cases and supporting managers.
