Alongside this, youll partner with the business to deliver smaller change initiatives quickly and effectively.Key responsibilities include:Endtoend ownership and delivery of assigned initiatives.Developing initiatives through a customercentred approach, using insight and analysis to shape solutions that make processes simpler, clearer and easier for customers to navigate.Applying a structured approach to delivery, with strong planning and prioritisation skills.Driving progress with the tenacity to see initiatives through to completion, ensuring change lands effectively and delivers a better customer experience.Engaging, influencing and collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to build trusted relationships and secure buyin.Translating enduser needs into clearly defined and prioritised requirements that help create straightforward, easytounderstand customer and colleague experiences.Providing clear problem statements to delivery teams and working collaboratively to design practical solutions that make it easier for customers and colleagues to get things right first time.Ensuring solutions meet business needs and demonstrating progress by measuring the business value delivered.What youll bring to the roleTo thrive in this role the essential criteria is:Youll bring a strong focus on improving the endtoend experience, helping to create solutions that are clear, human and easy to use for both customers and colleagues.Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels, with a customerfirst mindset.Confidence working closely with business areas to understand challenges, positively challenge assumptions, and shape solutions.Energy and resilience across the full project lifecycle from definition and design through to delivery and closure.Proven ability to elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.Experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives within crossfunctional teams.Ability to rapidly understand new business areas, emerging trends, opportunities and constraints.A selfstarter with an inquisitive mindset, strong problemsolving skills, and a love of working in a fastpaced environment.Wed be particularly interested if you have:A solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis and support strategic decisionmaking.What's in it for you?A starting salary of 44,080 and up to 60,000 per annum depending on skills and experienceAnnual Leave - 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service.
