The Role:
* To assist in the smooth running of the Kitchen service
* Ensure that safety of all kitchen staff within the kitchen
* Ensure that all areas and equipment are cleaned to the highest standard
* Liaise with the chefs as to their daily requirements to assist them in operating effectively
* Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
