Lawyer Advocate - Debt Recovery Gloucestershire (Local Authority role) Contract role Outside IR35, rate negotiable Part Time. 15 hours per week As a member of the County Council's Legal Team to provide high quality legal services in the areas of Civil Litigation and Debt Recovery. We expect that, as a Lawyer Advocate within Legal Services, you will: Carry a caseload of cases as directed by the Principal Lawyer and Legal Services Business Partner and Senior Lawyers. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, communication and feedback Support the Principal/Senior Lawyers in the management of the service Achieve the best outcome for the client in a timely and flexible manner. Be able to undertake advocacy in relation to contested court hearings Work collaboratively with professionals and client departments to build excellent working relationships which are supportive to the client departments.
