Key Responsibilities
* Generating new business leads, introducing the Linksap brand with clarity and purpose, then building and maintaining positive relationships with your client base.
* Qualifying requirements effectively and servicing them utilizing our qualified resource team, who are a specialist team with an exclusive function to source and present the best profiles, allowing you to focus on client development.
* Successfully negotiating commercial terms with clients and consultants, aided by Business Support and Directors.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted, strategic partner.
* Own the client-facing recruitment process from CV submission through to offer management.
* Build a strong understanding of client organisations, hiring strategies, and the wider SAP talent market.
Your Skillset
A background in recruitment, B2B sales, account management or in another client-facing commercial environment would be an advantage; however we are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and do not require previous recruitment experience. What matters most is attitude, drive, and the willingness to develop new skills. You are likely to be successful if you:
