What You'll Be Doing:
* Supervising classes during teacher absence
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
* Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
* Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged
* Supporting a wide range of subjects across the curriculum
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders
* Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
Requirements
What You'll Need:
* Experience working with children or young people (school, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
* Confidence managing a classroom
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A calm, professional and flexible approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
* Right to work in the UK and currently based here
