Kent (Hybrid)
This role would suit a residential conveyancing professional who enjoys delivering high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment, while having the autonomy to manage their own caseload with the backing of a strong local team.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build and related residential matters
The role offers a good balance of independent file management and team support, with a clear focus on client service and quality rather than volume-driven conveyancing.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified (England & Wales), CILEX Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Proven experience across all aspects of residential conveyancing
* Confident running files autonomously with minimal supervision
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a personable, client-focused approach
* A team player who values collaboration and professional standards
