This role is to provide an supportive and efficient administration service the outpatients department at Bristol Eye Hospital.
There are a variety of jobs that need to be maintained to a high professional standard at all times.
You will be liaising with many different departments within the hospital as well as the Trust as a whole.
You will be working with the outpatients management team closely to maintain the smooth running of the department.
1. To provide an efficient administration service to the management team
2. Liaise with the outpatients management team regarding the recruitment process within the department
3. Liaise with the estates department regarding repairs and new works
4. Be a representative of the outpatients clinical governance team
5. Be a line manager to a team of ophthalmic technicians
6. Manage BEH outpatients consultant rota room allocation across x 3 floors.
7. Have an oversight of non-pay transactions
8. Managing the outpatients staff rostering system
