Sales Support Coordinator - Bristol - New Role
A leading Bristol-based organisation requires a highly organised and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to manage its sales development activites. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the business by providing comprehensive administrative and sales support throughout the entire sales life cycle - including the development of additional sales and contract renewals.
Suitable candidates will have the following experience:
* At least 2 years of practical experience in a similar role.
* Strong experience of using CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) as well as Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint and business-related software.
* Substantial customer relationship management experience, preferably within the healthcare or digital technology sector.
* A successful track record of working to tight deadlines.
* Experience in dealing with customers and suppliers and prioritising outstanding tasks.
* Experience in dealing confidently with colleagues of all levels (to include CEO).
* Public sector sales experience would be advantageous.
Additionally, you wil have the following:
* Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
* Good understanding of public sector procurement processes.
* Team player with a pragmatic attitude.
* Self-starter with great determination and motivation to succeed.
* Good time management, organisational and planning skills.
* Confidence in working closely with Senior Management Team is key.
