Groundworker
Rate: £19.00ph (Personal CIS)
Location: Across South Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: Ongoing work
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor.
As a Groundworker you will be working on Void properties across South Birmingham. The role involves carrying out all aspects of general Groundwork which includes Fencing, slabbing and landscaping.
Van & Fuel card can be provided.
Groundworker Requirements:
* A Valid CSCS Skilled Card
* 2-3 years’ experience as a Groundworker.
* Own tools and clean driving licence
* Basic DBS Certificate
