You will support the Council in ensuring we are prepared for inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing. You will effectively monitor our strategic and operational housing performance, support with the identification of themes and trends, and lead on the development of service improvement plans that put the customer voice at the centre.
We are seeking a dynamic Housing Performance and Improvement Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping high‑quality, tenant‑focused housing services. This role is central to driving service improvement, ensuring that insights from performance data and customer feedback translate into tangible outcomes. You will lead on identifying opportunities for change, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting services to deliver better experiences for tenants.
Using your expertise in data, insight and performance management, you will develop and manage robust frameworks that provide clear visibility of service effectiveness. Working with colleagues across the organisation, you will turn complex data into meaningful intelligence, enabling informed decision‑making and driving accountability. You will play a key role in strengthening how we use customer insight to influence service delivery and monitor impact.
A strong understanding of housing regulation and compliance is essential, as you will help ensure readiness for inspection and alignment with regulatory standards. You will work closely with senior leaders to provide assurance, challenge performance constructively, and ensure that services meet both statutory requirements and the expectations of our tenants.
