You’ll be responsible for managing procurement, ensuring projects meet compliance standards — including NHBC, building regulations, health and safety requirements — and delivering value at every stage. You will have
To be succesful as Quantity Surveyor/QS here you will have a healthy mix of the following:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the housebuilding sector.
A solid understanding of procurement processes, contract documentation, and tendering procedures.
Knowledge of NHBC standards, building regulations, and health & safety protocols.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with subcontractors, the design team, and project managers.
Relevant qualifications such as RICS accreditation or similar.

As a Quantity Surveyorin this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary of between £70K-£75K DOE plus a car allowance of £5K+.
