This role ensures high-quality teaching, effective assessment, and strong academic progress for all learners, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and curriculum excellence.Location: Stoke on TrentSalary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annumThe successful candidate will:Hold a relevant first degree and/or professional qualification and a teaching qualificationProven experience in a leadership or management role within education. Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment systems, and progress tracking.Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate information into actionable strategies.Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
