About the Role:
* Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure lessons run smoothly.
* Encourage positive behaviour and maintain classroom control.
* Build confidence and experience in a supportive school environment.
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, youth work, sports coaching).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confidence managing groups of students.
